Major renovation - Cullen Bay

An extensive renovation in the heart of Cullen Bay, this project has given us the opportunity to integrate brilliant design, finishes and workmanship to enable its owners to enjoy this stunning location in comfort and style.

About the project

Beginning with a comprehensive demolition process, the building was reduced to its bare bones to make way for the new layout which is a compliment to the vision held by the owners and architects. Special emphasis was placed on transforming the kitchen and living areas to enjoy the outlook onto the mariner, along with a full reconfiguration of the master bedroom, ensuite and walk in robe.

Some of the more prominent features throughout the home include;

Large mahogany finish doors to entrance, master bedroom and living areas
Wood look tiles throughout
Stunning joinery and stone top finishes
Winding exterior staircase and paved deck area to boat landing
Frameless glass screens throughout all bathrooms

As with all projects, many challenges were encountered throughout the life of this job, however with an interactive relationship between client, architects and engineers, it was a project that the Forrest Building team were proud to have delivered to the high standard that was expected

Zuccoli

Forrest Building Co were engaged by Urbex, Developers of Zuccoli, to complete their new Sales and Information Office fit out within the newly constructed Zuccoli Village Plaza. The Urbex team are thoroughly enjoying their new space.
