About the project

Beginning with a comprehensive demolition process, the building was reduced to its bare bones to make way for the new layout which is a compliment to the vision held by the owners and architects. Special emphasis was placed on transforming the kitchen and living areas to enjoy the outlook onto the mariner, along with a full reconfiguration of the master bedroom, ensuite and walk in robe.

Some of the more prominent features throughout the home include;

  • Large mahogany finish doors to entrance, master bedroom and living areas
  • Wood look tiles throughout
  • Stunning joinery and stone top finishes
  • Winding exterior staircase and paved deck area to boat landing
  • Frameless glass screens throughout all bathrooms

As with all projects, many challenges were encountered throughout the life of this job, however with an interactive relationship between client, architects and engineers, it was a project that the Forrest Building team were proud to have delivered to the high standard that was expected
